Academic Services

For consulting, editing, mentorship, project support, internships, or custom services:

  • Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is requested before work starts, a partial/full refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
Courses / Programs
  • Refund requests before program access starts may be considered.
  • Once content is accessed or sessions begin, refunds may not be available.
E-Books / Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery:

  • E-books, downloadable files, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Printed Books / Hard Copies

Refund or replacement may be available only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Printing defect

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof.

Publishing Services

For manuscript processing, ISBN, formatting, cover design, or publication-related services:

  • Charges paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
